It’s time to learn from the big failure of online business of Alan Liew. Alan Liew is a blogger and owner of moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com, He was managing this blog since around 4 years and had achieved a top ranking in google for the main keyword “Make money online” and many other similar keywords,
I have seen this blog before a year, when it’s pagerank was 2 and before few months, It was PR 5. This blog was also making lots of money through google adsense and selling of ad space, According to the price mentioned on the blog. This blog had minimum 1500 visits a day from google search engine.
What happened to moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com?
Suddenly before few months, this blog was totally disappeared. When I tried to find it on google, it was not there also, I started search for what happened to this money making blog and after a few days I found the answer.
Blog was simply deleted by google blogspot team as it was detected as spam or violating google’s policy, although it was just detected by software firewall not by human. Alan tried to restore it by submitting review application to blogger.com, but the blog got permanent deletation. After doing lot’s of research on how to retrieve deleted blog on blogger.com, he found the way to contact bloger team and sent polite review request. Blogger team has now restored the blog again. But….
Alan got his blog moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com back but lost his all online business, blog has been totally removed from google index, not even single url is indexed in google, so loss of google traffic, hence loss of adsense ctr and finally big loss of money. He just lost him 4 years of hard effort to bright his blog to top position in google.
For what mistake Alan Liew has to loss his online business with moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com blog ?
Mistake was simple, his business blog was hosted on blogger.com and not on his private domain. So the final owner is blogger and it may happen to any blogger who are hosting their important money making blog on bloghosting platform like blogger, it may happen with worpress also and any other.
SO now I don’t think I need to explain, why we should host our blog on our own private domain and not on blogger and wordpress like blog hosting services, when we are thinking of making money from it, generating online income through it.
Case of Alan Liew is warning to all those money maker bloggers who have not shifted their blog on private domain. It’s right time to move, and don’t worry about your existing google traffic if you want to move on your private domain, comment here and I will guide you through the process of moving blog to private domain without affecting google traffic and hence online business.
It was very sad to here this news about Alan’s Blog. I was excited to read every new post in his blog about make money online ideas here. Anyway thanks for sharing this deletion method and alert all the newbies and beginners.
Thanks for the comment. There is still surprising that, even after blog is successfuly restored, it is not indexed in Google. Try searching “Site:moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com”, and you will see no results. Surprising, Lossing so many visitors from google organic search results.
anyway, let’s hope, newbies and begineers reconsider about choosing the blogging platform. They can also use self hosted wordpress blog to make money online.
yes i faced same kind of problem with my blogger.. it is basically because of spam detection.. the reason I found is if you are editing your old post, google detect it as a spam.. it is google’s fault….

I think they are now back online again. I just did a search and was able to see the makemoneyonline blog is back. I’m happy it ‘s back again.
No dear, they are not back again really, infact the blog is restored a months ago when i posted this article, but they lost the real business that was coming through search engines, there is no google indexed pages now, no page rank now. Try searching with “Site:….” you will see no result found there. MoneyMakerinfo and alan liew is not really back again.
