How can I earn money with just showing ads on my site? Is there a programme that pays just for showing ads? I do not like Google’s Adsense because of its payment system that pays per click on the ads. I just want to earn with showing.

You would have to go with what is traditionally call “banner advertisement”. You personally have to contact potential advertisers (unless you have a lot of traffic and people contact you to advertise) and ask if they would like to advertise on your site for whatever amount you decide, usually based on CPM.
CPM is used by Internet marketers to price ad banners. Sites that sell advertising will guarantee an advertiser a certain number of impressions (number of times an ad banner is downloaded and presumably seen by visitors.), then set a rate based on that guarantee times the CPM rate. A Web site that has a CPM rate of $25 and guarantees advertisers 600,000 impressions will charge $15,000 ($25 x 600) for those advertisers’ ad banner.
